Their struggle taught them how to sell efficiently and with empathy; values they integrated into North Star. Our founders took what they learned selling face-to-face and merged it with telesales. At North Star, we have proven that top producers thrive when marketing, clerical work, and administrative follow-up is delegated to separate departments. This allows our sales agents to focus solely on creating the best experience for our customers. We knew that if top final expense agents didn't have to drive to appointments, invest time servicing their book of buisiness, or prospect for a lead, then we could deicate our time to doing what we do best: sell!
