New Horizons Healthcare is a not-for-profit community based family health center, incorporated in 1999. We are committed to improving access to affordable, high quality, comprehensive health care for all, including the uninsured and underserved. This growing clinic includes pediatrics, family medicine, an on-site pharmacy with medication assistance program, behavioral health services, and a sliding fee discount program for those who are eligible, based on income. We also serve patients who are fully insured.
