Description Aegis PeopleSupport provides business process outsourcing (BPO) services from facilities in the Philippines and in Costa Rica. The company's offerings include such customer relationship management services as inbound sales call handling, customer services, and technical support, as well as call handling for direct response marketing campaigns. In addition to teleservices, Aegis PeopleSupport provides customer care via e-mail, online chat, and self-help Web applications. In the past, the company's main clients have included Expedia, EarthLink, JPMorgan Chase, and Washington Mutual. In 2008, the former PeopleSupport was acquired by BPO services provider Aegis for about $250 million.
