VidAngel is a subscription-based filtering service that allows individuals and families to avoid offensive content in movies and TV shows. Customers set customizable filters based on their personal preferences regarding profanity, blasphemy, nudity, sexual content, graphic violence, or whatever else they don't want to see or hear. Then, VidAngel works likes a pre-programmed remote control to skip or mute the stuff they wish to avoid.
We launched in 2013 as an online movie rental and filtering service. In 2017, we introduced our current service which allows customers to filter the movies and shows from their favorite streaming services, such as Netflix, Amazon Video, and Apple TV+. Over one million people have enjoyed filtered entertainment with VidAngel in the past decade.
We are a private, employee-owned company with employees across the country. Our main office is located in the heart of Silicon Slopes in Lehi, Utah.
