HEAR THEIR STORIES HERE
I started with our parent company PAG\PTG in 2003 as a BMW technician in Phoenix Arizona. With the support of my managers at the time, I was able to pursue my goals and obtain multiple leadership positions during my time there. I am now the General Manager of Premier Truck Knoxville, more than 1,500 miles from where I originally began my career. My career advancement would not have been possible if it were not for the training, mentorships, and support I received each step of the way. PTG provides multiple opportunities across a vast network for those that wish to achieve more from their employment with us. PTG invests in their employees, so we can invest in our customers.

I started with PTG over 4 years ago as an Accounting Manager and was recently promoted to Area Controller. It has been an excellent experience. The work is challenging and there is something new to learn each day. My favorite thing about PTG are the people. It is a great place to work!

I have been in this industry working in the same department at the same dealership for over 21 years. I started as a night shift service advisor then to weekend foreman, after a couple years in the foreman role I moved to the booker/dispatcher position finally settling into the assistant service manager position after being with the company for 11 years eventually becoming the manager. With PTG’s success and continuous growth I was recently promoted to the Service Director over the west region. I love my job because of the people I work with, we have the best people in any business who truly care about supporting each other and our customers success.

I have been with the PTG organization for 27 years. I started in the business in Oklahoma City as a warehouse associate managing core and warranty inventories. Frankly, my start I refer to as a “job” but I quickly learned that this industry is for careers. My progression then went from parts counter sales, Outside Parts and Service Sales to Parts Sales Manager in Oklahoma City. I relocated my family to North Texas accepting a position as Parts Manger of our Dallas operation in 2002. After several years of our dealership’s success, we then built a second location in South Dallas, which is also our corporate headquarters. Although a challenge, but with a tremendous staff, I was able to oversee both of our parts operations in Dallas until being promoted to my current role of General Manager in 2014. Today I am still blessed to lead our operations in Fort Worth Texas. I have told many that although this started as a job it certainly developed into my career. Working with the best people in the industry is what makes this career the best! I am thankful and look forward to our continued success and growth as an organization.

General Manager

15 years ago, I began my career as a college student looking for more experience in the workplace. My first position was primarily data entry in our call center where I was later promoted to a database manager. As I better understood the operations of our call center, I was promoted the general manager. In 2017, I transitioned away from the call center to our Centralized Warranty Team, where I hold my position today as director of warranty. Through my tenure, I have had the opportunity to be a part of several teams, all of which I have been able to continue to grow and expand my knowledge.
