Mission ArcMorris is dedicated to the care, support, and advancement of people with intellectual and related developmental disabilities and their families.
Description ArcMorris was founded by families who believed that people with intellectual and developmental disabilities deserved more than care — they deserved opportunity, dignity, belonging, and a meaningful place in the community. What began as a family-driven movement has grown into one of Morris County’s leading nonprofit providers, serving individuals with disabilities and their families across residential, day, employment, recreation, transition, clinical, and family support services.
For more than 70 years, ArcMorris has remained grounded in the same mission that inspired its founding: to help people with intellectual and developmental disabilities live full, safe, connected, and self-directed lives. Our work has evolved with the needs of the people we serve, but our purpose has stayed the same. We believe every person deserves to be seen for their abilities, supported through their challenges, and included as a valued member of the community.
Today, ArcMorris continues to grow with intention. We are expanding services, strengthening clinical and nursing supports, developing new housing opportunities, modernizing our programs, and investing in staff who make this mission possible every day. Our history is rooted in advocacy, but our future is focused on innovation, quality, and impact.
At ArcMorris, employees are part of something larger than a job. They are part of a legacy built by families, strengthened by professionals, and carried forward by people who believe that inclusion is not just an idea — it is daily work.
