For our Medical Assistants, we offer training to become a Non-Certified Radiologic Technician (NCT) within their first year. We cover all the costs for their license and training, and when they earn their NCT certification, they receive a pay increase as well.
Beyond that, Medical Assistants have multiple opportunities to grow within the company, whether that means taking on leadership roles like becoming an Inventory Lead, a Preceptor, a member of our Training Team, or even advancing to a Regional Manager role.
For those in clinical roles who are looking to expand their experience beyond the clinic, we offer opportunities to transition into home office positions in departments like HR, Communications, Revenue Cycle, Facilities, and more.
Our Medical Providers also have clear pathways for advancement, with the potential to grow into roles such as Regional Director of Operations or Regional Vice President. We’re proud that all of our regional leaders started their careers in our clinics and rose through the ranks based on their hard work and expertise.
Additionally, our Medical Doctors have the opportunity to supervise up to 7 Advanced Practice Providers for additional monthly income, giving them a chance to further increase their earning potential while mentoring and leading other team members.
Most home office departments offer lead positions, as well as opportunities to become an Assistant Manager or Manager. We’re invested in our team members' long-term career success and strive to provide ample opportunities for growth across all areas of the company.
