Yesterday was International Women’s Day and it’s a great reminder of the fabulous women that work across Little Dot Studios. 💥 But celebrating and supporting them shouldn’t be a once-a-year thing. That’s why we’ve built policies that support our people year-round – helping create a workplace where everyone can thrive. - Gender Neutral Family Policy: Primary caregivers receive up to 6 months full pay, and secondary caregivers 2 months full pay, regardless of gender or family structure. - Flexible Working: Flexible hours and hybrid working help our employees balance their career with family commitments and life beyond the office. - Menopause Support: Our menopause policy helps employees access support and workplace adjustments without stigma or impact on their careers. - Pregnancy Loss Support: We offer two weeks full pay for anyone experiencing pregnancy loss, including partners, because we recognise how difficult this time can be. - Digital Nomad Policy: Our team can work abroad for up to 10 days a year, making it easier to spend time with loved ones around the world. - Sabbatical: Employees can take up to six months away from work to travel, recharge, learn new skills or spend time with family. We’ve cut our emissions by an incredible 68% since 2021! 💚💚💚💚 In 2024, we introduced new policies and measuring systems which helped us reduce our emissions by a further 10% that year; this brings our total carbon reductions to 68% since we started reporting in 2021.
