Associated Payroll opened in 2002. In 2012, Associated was bought by payroll industry veteran and Advantage Payroll Services President Rob Basso. Bringing with him an experienced management team of over 20 years, Rob converted Associated to a new payroll and HCM software platform and rebranded as Associated HCM. Named a top CEO by LIBN, Rob brought his two decades of expertise to Associated and has been focused on expanding the company under his leadership. After celebrating its 5 year anniversary as Associated HCM in 2017, in 2018, the company purchased a new corporate headquarters in Plainview to accommodate their growing staff and launched the New England division of Associated HCM with the opening of their Boston office.
