Divine Design Center was started 20 years ago when Mariette, who was working at Home Depot at the time as a kitchen designer, was urged by her clients to start her own business. Her attention to detail, her ability to see kitchens through her clients eyes, and her sense of style has separated her from her peers and paved the way from Divine Design Center. These same qualities are what we train our team and pride ourselves on, and our main goal when creating new interior spaces for our clients is to always leave them as satisfied as possible.
Divine Design Center was initially founded in 2004 by Mariette and Magued Barsoum, who were urged by impressed clients to start their own interior & kitchen design firm. Mariette is an Interior Designer and Certified Kitchen Designer (CKD), as designated by the National Kitchen & Bathroom Association. She has built a reputation for putting her customers’ needs at the heart of innovative design. Magued, previously a senior-level executive for engineering firms and a Harvard University graduate, likes to bring an engineering approach to projects. Magued holds a Bachelor’s and Master of Science in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI), a Master of Arts from Brandeis University, and has earned credit toward his Ph.D. from Caltech.
Over the past 20 years, Divine has grown from a small location in Westborough, MA into New England’s largest lifestyle showroom with over 8,000 square feet of luxury kitchen and interior design displays furnished with high-end European furniture. With thousands of completed projects under our belt and a talented technical and design team, we have earned a reputation in New England for excellence across the board. We have exclusive partnerships with some of Europe's finest interior design and cabinet brands which makes us entirely unique within our market.
