Supporting more than 200 Individuals throughout the States of Delaware, Southeastern and Central Pennsylvania. Community Interactions, Inc. is a non- profit organization dedicated to providing services for people with intellectual, physical and behavioral health disabilities.

Working with our Individuals is both a rewarding and challenging opportunity. The vast amount of our workforce is composed of dedicated Direct Support Professionals, who provide the primary support for our Individuals, and actively carry out CI's Mission - to provide quality services to Individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by promoting and creating lifestyles which respect thier choices, community, and culture.

Our Individuals depend on their DSPs to show up on time, to be ready and willing to assist with their needs, and to support them with patience and understanding as they develop new skills. DSPs are responsible to provide consistent implementation of the Individual's Service Plan in order for the Individual to successfully meet their desired goals. Our Team Facilitators, Team Leaders, Program Specialists, and administrative teams work diligently to support our DSPs in providing the highest level of quality support to our Individuals.

Community Interactions, Inc. is always seeking engaged, dedicated and care-centered Full Time, Part Time and Per Diem Direct Support Professionals to support our Consumers in our Southeastern and Central Pennsylvania and Delaware State Programs. Day, Evening, Overnight and Weekend Shifts are available.

As a DSP you will have a direct and significant impact on the lives of the people you support. Your work will be difficult at times, but everyday when you go home, you will know that you had a meaningful impact on the life of the person you support. Many of our Part Time and Flexible Schedule/PRN employees find their work with our Consumers to be a rewarding way to earn additional income, as variable hour shifts allow for the flexibility working parents and professionals need. Our Full Time and eligible Part Time employees also receive comprehensive benefits.
