CSI provides one-on-one home infusion and specialty therapy to patients in their homes. Becoming a CSI patient means expert-level care, support, and advocacy – and it starts before your first appointment.
Our intake team operates quickly to ensure patients receive care as soon as possible with no lapse in treatment. We have a dedicated team of insurance specialist who prioritize full authorizations for patient treatment, including a dedicated company fund for those patients who can’t find the coverage with their own insurers.
To be a part of the clinical team at CSI means that you have a service mindset and IgNS certification (or are working toward it). We continue to invest in our team to make sure they have the knowledge, resources, and tools to treat their patients at the highest standard of care. We are most proud of how our team takes care of patients. We care for patients through their entire journey (not just a time of treatment) and are always focused on monitoring results and improving lives. Our Patient Advocacy team is in contact before, during, and after they are CSI’s patients. Our team knows patients’ struggles and can walk with them together toward a better future.
