Description Loganair provides help to anyone needing to make a run throughout the UK. Providing connection services for British Airways, the Scottish carrier serves about 20 destinations in the UK and Ireland with a fleet of about 10 Saab 340s, some five Britten Norman Islanders, and two Twin Otters. Loganair also carries cargo and provides engineering services. Loganair will expand its charter flight options in mid-2011 with the acquisition of ScotAirways (operating as Suckling Airways), an air carrier with a fleet of turboprop aircraft and contract customers that include Air France and British Airways. Loganair was founded in 1962 as a single Piper Aztec that operated air-taxi services for Logan Construction.
