Forsys Metals has the foresight to explore for more than one commodity. The company is prospecting for gold and uranium in the southern African nation of Namibia. The company owns the Valencia uranium project and a 70% stake in the nearby Namibplass uranium project in Namibia. It plans to acquire the remaining 30% by acquiring Gold Entreprises Limited and consolidate the two projects into one Valencia/Namibplaas uranium project. Located near a uranium mine operated by Rio Tinto, the company's uranium deposit contains reserves of about 60 million pounds. Forsys Metals is also exploring for gold at two other sites in Namibia, the Ondundu and Omaruru gold projects.
