Description Hartcourt sells Samsung in Shanghai. The Hartcourt Companies is a Chinese distributor of computer hardware and peripherals made by Samsung Electronics, including computer display monitors, notebook computers, and other digital devices. Through majority-owned Shanghai Huaqing, Hartcourt sells directly to large regional retail stores and to second-tier distributors, which then resell to smaller retail stores. Hartcourt also manages several Samsung retail stores in Shanghai. The company's territory includes the Shanghai and Zhejiang provinces. In 2009 Hartcourt agreed to a reverse-takeover transaction with Sino-Canada Investment Group and plans to change its name to Maple China Education Inc.
