Why did you choose to join Expleo as a Technical Engineer?
It is hard to make a life decision at such a young age, and I did not know what I wanted to do long-term. The reason I have stayed is probably more important: I have always been given a chance to take on opportunities that I may not be ready for. This has allowed me to grow as an all-rounder within the industry and not just testing.
What do you like the most about your job?
I have always worked on projects where I can see the impact I am making on an organisation. It gives a sense of purpose to my day-to-day work.
Do you think Expleo is a great workplace for technical engineering? And if so why?
Every day brings a new challenge, whether it be a consulting challenge or a technical one. The role allows me to be heavily involved technically but also dictate how projects are run, which is rewarding when you see a project succeed off the back of your ideas.

What do you like the most about your role in business analysis?
At this stage in my career, I am learning to embrace feeling uncomfortable and challenged – it’s when I develop the most as a consultant.

Which career step are you the most proud of as a Business Analyst at Expleo?
Receiving my first client feedback was a proud moment for me. It really made me feel fit for my job and proved I gained the right set of skills. It was also a great source of motivation to keep growing and work at my best.
