Description Shutterbugs find a home with Sipa Press. The company works with photojournalists worldwide to collect and distribute stories and images to its customers. Sipa, which has offices in Paris and New York, distributes photo-stories to media clients in throughout the world. Its archives include slides, negatives, and digital images. The company was founded in 1973 by renowned Turkish photojournalist Goksin Sipahioglu, who in 2001 sold it to Pierre Fabre's French media firm Sud Communications after negotiations with Reuters ended. Sipahioglu left the company in 2003.
