Cherry Republic

Cherry Republic is about as far from Corporate America as you can imagine. So when we set about to craft a Mission/Vision/Values statement, we knew it would be a bit unconventional. No corporate speak. No management buzzwords. No pretense. Our Core Values would be a genuine, heartfelt description of who we are and who we strive to be each day. It would be a living document, not something trapped in a dusty binder or relegated to a Cloud-based file.

Thus the birth of Life, Liberty, Beaches & Pie. It’s our mantra, and you’ll find its words emblazoned in every corner of the Republic. These are values that mean the world to us, and we strive to live them everyday.

We value and appreciate northern Michigan and cherries.

It is easy for us employees to get excited about Northern Michigan. Northern Michigan is a great place to live and work. It is natural to talk up the cherries. Cherries are a wonderful fruit to promote.

We work from the heart to touch hearts.

We have a lot of freedom as employees of Cherry Republic. Our leaders trust that each and everyone of the staff will work with utmost attention to our customers and to each other.

We believe work should be fun and done with a light heart.

Our staff does not take Cherry Republic's role in the world too seriously. Our staff does not take their own role too seriously. We are here to have fun with each other and our customers.
