Description Atlanta Autism Center has officially become the first organization in Georgia to receive the Autism Commission on Quality (ACQ) accreditation! We are proud to offer 100% center-based services for children ages 6 and under. AAC has 6 locations across the metro Atlanta Area. Alpharetta, Covington, Lawrenceville, Flowery Branch, Norcross, and Loganville! We specialize in Early Intervention, ages 2-6 with most of our clients in the 3-4 range. AAC provide ABA therapy in a 1:1 format We implement skill acquisition programs, individual treatment plans, behavior reduction plans, behavior protocols, and behavior support plans AAC work to maintain a safe, clean, stimulating, and fun environment for the client. We pledge to provide high quality services to clients and their families Team members receive initial and ongoing staff training as we commit to continued learning and performance improvement. At Atlanta Autism Center we provide comprehensive, family-centered diagnostic and therapy services for children with autism spectrum disorder, coupled with strong family support. Our ASD services include initial diagnosis, ongoing management, help with communication and activities of daily life, medication management, ABA, physical, occupational, speech, feeding therapies, and referral to specialty care as needed.
Children with ASD have unique strengths and challenges in social communication, behavior, and cognitive ability. At Atlanta Autism Center all treatment plans are multidisciplinary, involve parent-mediated interventions, and target the child’s individual needs.
