Parks Associates strives to provide a great working environment with opportunities for autonomous work and collaborative work on exciting research projects in the consumer technology space. We have a culture that rewards teamwork, accountability, and professionalism.

Our benefits include 50% of healthcare costs for the employee and with a plan that is 100% covered after the deductible is met. It is a higher deductible of $5,000 but Parks Associates participates in a Health Reimbursement Plan that provides a reimbursement for any deductible over $2500 so the employee is out of pocket max $2,500. We also provide dental, vision, life insurance and offer Long Term Disability, paid for 100% by Parks Associates. Our healthcare has always been provided by major providers Aetna, Humana, and United Healthcare.

Financial responsibility, including savings for the future, are an essential part of the Company’s standards. The Company provides 401K participation after 6 months of employment, with immediate matching contributions.

We provide our team other benefits including tickets to the Rough Riders games for family members and friends, tickets to the FC Soccer Games, and in the Fall of 2019 will offer tickets to the Opera, Symphony, and Theatre in the Dallas Area. There are no costs for these tickets and they are made by request. Parking, food and beverages, and VIP seating are included. Parks Associates also hosts two company outings each year inviting families to attend.

After one year of employment, our staff have the opportunity to work at home with the agreement with their team lead. The company also provides flexibility for team members for specific situations that might require more flexible hours. As a family owned business, we believe family comes first.

We ask people to sign in and out of the office so people know where others are. We are a small, company and this is an easy way for team members to know if someone is out of the office.
