Through soufun.com, the firm provides advertising, listings, and market research services to real estate agents, brokers, developers, owners, and managers. Its database contains some 300,000 listings of residential and commercial properties for sale or lease, as well as more than one million listings from vendors selling furniture, electronics, and other offerings. Its content covers more than 100 cities across China, and it boasts a nearly 50% share of the domestic online real estate advertising market. SouFun filed to go public in 2010.
