Description V & V Supremo is a Chicago-based company producing authentic Mexican cheeses, creams and chorizos for 50 years.
Founded in 1964 by Mr. Gilberto Villaseñor and Mr. Ignacio Villaseñor, both natives of Michoacan, Mexico.
With honesty, passion, quality and excellence they left a legacy and their names are symbolically represented with pride on each of our products.
The V & V letters are synonymous of Villasenor & Villasenor.
Today, Gilberto Villaseñor II and Felipe Villasenor, sons of the founders, are responsible for providing continuity to the original values that have allowed us to turn 50 years old.
