Mosaic Media Group is a talent management firm that represents a circle of today's hottest comedy stars, including Jim Carrey, Sacha Baron Cohen, Will Ferrell, and the Wayans brothers. The company is also a Hollywood movie maker that produced the hit films The Dark Knight, Get Smart, and Step Brothers, as well as the Scooby Doo series. Mosaic was founded in 1999 by talent agent/producer pair Eric Gold and Jimmy Miller. (Miller's older brother, Dennis, is a talk show host.) The company sold its interest in dick clark productions in 2007; it had acquired the TV production business in 2004 along with Mandalay Entertainment.
