Description Asian Americans for Equality is a 50-year-old community development organization founded in New York City's Chinatown to advocate for worker rights. Today AAFE builds and manages affordable housing, provides community services (tenant rights, access to government entitlement programs, youth leadership, older adult services, immigration assistance), small business lending programs and homeownership education. We have offices in Lower Manhattan, as well as Flushing and Jackson Heights in Queens. If you are passionate about community development, joining the AAFE team is a great way to make a difference!
