Description North Bay Resources owns a number of gold, silver, and platinum properties in British Columbia. Formerly called Enterayon -- pronounced en-TERRA-yon -- it owns more than 100 exploration properties throughout the Canadian province, none of which are in production. In 2008 the former Enterayon bought up North Bay Resources and took its new subsidiary's name. The next year it acquired a couple more properties, each Canadian prospects adjacent to productive mines owned by the likes of Barrick Gold. In 2011, North Bay acquired the Ruby Mine, a gold project in Northern California, in a deal valued at $7.5 million.
