Omni Wound Physicians, founded by Dr. Izuchukwu Okpara, provides mobile advanced surgical wound care and feeding tube management at the patient's bedside. Dr. Okpara, a fellow of the Academy of Physicians in Wound Healing, is a Licensed Medical Physician accredited by the California and Texas Board of Medicine. He has extensive experience collaborating with Home Health and Hospice agencies, PCPs, Medical Groups, and Skilled Nursing Facilities.

Our team consists of licensed and qualified healthcare professionals, including Physicians, Surgeons, Physician Assistants, and Nurse Practitioners. We specialize in advanced wound consultation and treatment, as well as G-tube replacements and removals with mobile confirmatory radiographic imaging. Our services eliminate the need for costly and inconvenient transportation to clinics, hospitals, or emergency rooms.
