Through other subsidiaries, Alarko develops upscale residential communities in Turkey and Russia, makes and sells Carrier-brand HVAC products, manages hotel and leisure facilities, and processes and distributes salmon. Chairman Ishak Alaton and the late Uzeyir Garih co-founded Alarko in 1954.
