Description Congreso de Latinos Unidos, Inc. is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization founded in 1977. Headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Congreso is a leading provider of high-quality programs with an expert focus on the Latino community. Its Primary Client Model (PCM™), which ensures a client-centered, data-driven approach to service delivery, is the foundation for Congreso’s nationally renowned emphasis on outcomes measurement.

Led by Carolina Cabrera DiGiorgio, Congreso served 17,567 unduplicated individuals in FY18, and has served more than 75,500 over the last five years. It has a $16 million consolidated budget, and more than 150 employees on its campus.

In 2015, Philly.com listed Congreso as a Top Workplace in the Philadelphia Region, based on employee survey results. In 2014, Hispanic Business Magazine selected Congreso as a Top 25 Hispanic Nonprofit in the Nation, having first made its debut on that list in 2000.
