Earlier this year, The Old Station Nursery proudly signed the Pregnancy Loss Pledge - a national initiative from the Miscarriage Association. As part of this commitment, we’ve updated our policies to provide fully paid leave for pregnancy loss, no matter the stage, and enhanced support for any team member who experiences the loss of a child. We recognise that every experience is unique, and that care, flexibility, and understanding are essential. No one should ever feel alone in their grief, and we’re committed to being there for our people through life’s most difficult moments. Today is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day.
