Consciously cultivate community We believe in the power of communities—building connections, nurturing relationships, and sharing joy. When we come together, there is no stopping us.
Communicate generously This is the heart and soul of effective collaboration. We stand for generous knowledge-sharing, radical transparency, and downright candor.
Get unstuck Hitting walls is a natural part of life and fundraising. We keep moving forward by creatively maneuvering around roadblocks and fearlessly confronting unexpected challenges.
No tantrums We lead with kindness and work constructively through conflict.
Share the work Collaboration is the key to success, and we get better results when we’re all doing the work, together.
