My name is Kevin Flaherty, PT, COMT. I am a physical therapist, Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist, Owner and Chief Mojo Officer of Flaherty PT. I started my own practice in 2015 with one office person because of was finally ready to start my own company and lead my own future. I have been blessed through the years to grow and expand and have some amazing members of my team join me to serve the central Massachusetts community to work on health and overall well being. We do one on one treatments only. We believe this is the best way as you get the most out of care this way. We believe in treating our staff with the same ethics and morals as we do our patients. Not everyone can work for us. We have high expectations for all of our team as we think that when you are focused on your success and the team's success all of the time, everyone wins; you, your team, your patients. With our expectations comes training. We focus a lot of our time and effort on you getting all of the training you need to be successful in any position we have. We do one on one training for your orientation, but then meet constantly about you and what your needs are. As a PT, we do monthly small group meetings, clinical education meetings monthly and even have started Leadership training and we will release our first emerging leaders training in 2025 for our emerging leaders both clinically and in the office.
