Description Horizon Health International wanted to get out of the uranium mining business for reasons of health. Formerly a mining company with operations in Arizona and Colorado, the company now sells home, office, and workplace medical equipment online through subsidiaries Sun City Ventures (which operates in the US as Horizon Health & Safety) and Samson Industries (which operates in Canada as MEDIChair). Horizon Health International was formed as UraniumCore in 2005 when it bought OCG Technology, which had previously developed physician practice management software and devices. In 2009 the company acquired its current two operating subsidiaries and changed its name.
