Fello supports people with disabilities to live, work, and connect with their community. Even though we are the largest self-directed services provider in Maryland with over 2,900 Participant employers enrolled statewide, our Self-Directed Services team is anything but impersonal. The work we do directly supports employers with disabilities in experiencing greater self-determination, independence, and choice in their services. Fello champions the rights of people with disabilities and invests in what matters most: real opportunities, strong relationships, and inclusive, equitable communities. Fello partners with people with disabilities to provide support services, develop inclusive housing, and create spaces where people feel genuinely connected—not just accommodated.
