-How Salesteddy Begins- It all started when a team of salespeople faced bottlenecks in managing the leads that they have. The sales team couldn't track the progress of the leads that businesses have generated for them. The management has lack of visibility in the whole Sales Management Process, and they realized that the current solutions available in the market were not effective enough.
So, we developed a system that could direct an incoming lead to the available salesperson immediately, provide the sales manager access to track the actual action performed by the salesperson who has accepted the lead, and map out all the information on a simple dashboard.
Throughout many trials and errors, Salesteddy was born.
