Mission More than a mission, Our Promise is simple: We want to have a positive impact on every child we serve, their families, our teachers, and our communities. We provide infants to school-age children a consistent, safe, and enriching environment to instill a lifelong love of learning and provide a solid foundation for a successful future. Passion and dedication to this purpose is what unifies every member of the Learning Care team.
Description For three decades, Young School has served Suburban Baltimore families with an innovative early education program. We pioneered the “Cottage” learning environment for infants (8 weeks to 2 years) through Pre-K (2 to 5 years), providing an invaluable start for thousands of children. Our aim is to foster creativity, independence, and social confidence in a dynamic, joyful setting, respectful of each child’s (and each team member’s) needs and individuality. Young School is part of the Learning Care Community of Schools. Learning Care is the second largest network of early childhood centers in the U.S., proud to support growing children, working families, and passionate educators across 40 states and in Washington, D.C.
