On November 1, 2025, Brightli completed its merger with Nashville, Tennessee-based Centerstone. More than 10,000 team members across the nation are celebrating, and signs on the former Brightli administrative campus in Springfield, Missouri now read “Centerstone.” Currently the largest nonprofit provider of mental health and substance use disorder care in the United States, the combined organization will serve approximately 250,000 people annually in more than 360 locations across the nation, making behavioral health care more accessible than it has ever been.
