Using a number of customer engagement tools including inbound and out-bound phone dialing, our appointment schedulers are responsible for connecting with the clients of some of the nation’s largest and most respected insurance companies.
Our appointment schedulers enjoy our accommodating schedule process--you get to choose your own schedule. This is really helpful for our callers who are students and those who balance multiple jobs.
Pay is performance based, ranging from $10-$15 per hour.
