Catholic Charities New Hampshire is one of the state’s largest and most trusted nonprofit organizations, committed to strengthening individuals, families, and communities through compassionate care and life-changing services.
For over 75 years, we’ve helped people from all walks of life overcome hardship, heal from trauma, and move their lives forward with dignity and hope. Our work spans across elder care and rehabilitation, mental health counseling, food security, housing support, immigration legal services, addiction recovery, and much more.
We proudly operate seven skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities throughout New Hampshire, where compassion, respect, and teamwork guide everything we do. Our healthcare teams are mission-driven professionals who care deeply—not just about providing quality care, but about making a meaningful difference every day.
