Astley offer award-winning support to retail, hospitality and financial companies with the design, manufacture, installation and maintenance of their brand graphics. Working with international brands on extensive multisite roll-out programmes or creating unique experiential environments, Astley offer an industry leading resource of 175 staff based from 4 UK sites, and have 14 fitting crews out on the road for quick and efficient response. Our dedicated and highly experienced teams are at the core of our success and through our investment in their wellbeing and development, we believe we have the very best workforce in the industry to support our clients. Our workforce has increased by 50% over the last 10 years and with the company's ambitious plans for substantial growth moving into 2020, we look forward to increasing that number, continuing to nurture young talent through our apprenticeship scheme amongst other recruitment initiatives. It's an exciting time at the company and we're so proud of what our teams have achieved.
