Description We’re a Cincinnati-based independent, full-service agency that lives and breathes the power of being strategically curious. With core capabilities in strategy, creative, media, and analytics, we believe that asking the right questions is the key to unlocking the right solutions. That’s why, when it comes to our client’s business, no question is off-limits. Because for us, it all starts with curiosity.
Our story this year? 10 wins. $6 million in new business. 25 new hires. No layoffs.
Besides picking up key accounts like Dude Wipes, Holland America Line, FreshDirect, Ad Council, Stoli Group, and Dove, we scored our first EFFIE nod, and have been named to the 2023 Ad Age A-list. Additionally, we made tremendous strides in culture, benefits, and DEI. We waved goodbye to the era of ping pong tables and beer kegs and focused on being an agency that supports our people ... and our people's people. That meant expanding mental health assistance, doubling partner leave, and implementing a travel stipend for out-of-state medical treatments for employees, partners, and dependents while expanding support for fertility, adoption, foster care, and elder care. Finally, we renewed our DEI commitments with OneSchool, Ellequate, and added eight fresh faces to our roster.
