Heron Lakes Animal Hospital was established in 2005 by Dr. Jeffrey Sands. Since then, our staff has been performing veterinary medicine and compassionate animal care in the Coral Springs/Parkland area. In 2013, Dr. Lera purchased Heron Lakes Animal Hospital from Dr. Sands.
Our mission is to provide the highest standard of quality and compassion in veterinary care for our patients, while providing a welcoming, informative atmosphere, and supportive service for our clients.
We offer veterinary services in addition to standard medicine, such as surgical and therapeutic lasers, and anesthetic or non-anesthetic dentistry. We have an in-house pharmacy, laboratory, and radiology facility. We also have a selection of natural wholesome foods for your pet's specific needs. Our state-of-the-art hospital enables our clients to make one stop for all of their pets' medical needs.
