Not enough data to show CEO approval

Description Peek into the Chrysalis cocoon, and you're likely to see a kaleidoscopic array of music and entertainment operations. The company is active in music publishing, recording, and distribution. Its music publishing division draws royalties from a catalog of artists including OutKast, Paul Anka, and David Bowie. The Echo Label is an independent 'incubator' label, making records for developing artists who are signed to the parent company's music publishing business. Chairman Chris Wright founded the firm in 1967 with business partner Terry Ellis; the two pieced together portions of their names to form "Chrysalis". Chrysalis was acquired by BMG in late 2010 for $169 million.
