Atomic Design and Consulting is a digital agency with our primary offices in Plano, TX. We're a fast-paced interactive development and branding agency focused on creating strong relationships and growth with both our clients and employees. Owner, Jackie Bese, brought together years of web development, retail, and business experience to create Atomic Design and Consulting in 2002. Since day one, Atomic’s philosophy has been to provide outstanding value, provide creative solutions, and produce superior results for our clients.
Giving to the Community
Outside of the office, the Atomic team is extensively involved in the community. Since 2002, Atomic has contributed more than $500,000 in donations, in-kind services and volunteer hours. Atomic has sponsored signature events including: The Boys and Girls Clubs of Collin County, Children’s Advocacy Center, Collin County Council on Family Violence (a division of Junior League of Plano), Plano Symphony Orchestra, Crossroads Family Services and Live from Collin County.
Working at Atomic Design
We offer Health Insurance to our employees including Medical, Dental, Vision, Accident, and Life benefits. In year one, you get a paid week off between Christmas and New Years, a week of PTO, and standard company holidays (ie. New Years, Christmas, Labor Day, July 4th, etc). We also have a 401(k) with a 4% company match. Want to learn? We have a monthly training budget as well for all full-time team members! Wednesday are nice too as we have a Work-from-Home Wednesday program and on Friday's we close the office a bit early for Think-and-drink. The atmosphere is fun and focused on relationships, growing personally and professionally, and making the biggest impact for our clients as possible.
