      Pros

      I really enjoyed my work experience there. The people are supportive and trustworthy. I recommend this agency, especially when compared to what I’ve heard about other agencies in Hong Kong.

      Pros

      MPG is one of the very few agencies to have remained profitable in HK for the last 3 years, offering good stability. The HK MD is fair, ethical, a solid mentor & leader overall. He has a very strong network for executive search mandates in the region, especially within Industrials or Consumer Goods.

      Cons

      The database maintenance is not a priority for the group, can feel a bit messy with lots of duplicates.
