Pros

The transport facility is really good. Honestly, that’s probably the biggest positive I have experienced. FBT vertical is the worst!!

Cons

Salaries are not competitive compared to market standards. The culture feels more like a typical BPO/service-based setup rather than a product-based organization. Be careful with the job description shared during hiring, as the actual work can be very different from what is communicated. Appraisals don’t always feel performance-based and there is a perception that recognition depends on factors beyond actual contribution. There is also a lot of instability at the leadership level with frequent changes in priorities and direction. The culture used to feel better, but recent changes have impacted the overall employee experience. More transparency, fair pay, and better role alignment are needed.
