I met a few cool people I learned how to survive in a toxic work environment
Cons
- Very archaic - not open to changing systems or adding in automations. - Zero training even if they know you don't come from a recruiting background - Management is completely checked out and gives zero feedback until they fire you. I sent multiple emails asking for feedback and never heard back. - The staff is extremely underpaid & overworked while the owner and her daughters strut around in chanel and birkin bags. It's out of touch. Plus, the daughters are barely in the office and give off the absolute worst energy. - Overall the worst, most toxic environment and you enter at your own risk
