Pros
Blue Ridge Graphics is a well established local business, with a solid family-business atmosphere. The work environment is casual, but they take their business very seriously. Blue Ridge Graphics is entering its second generation of family management, but the first generation is still keeping an eye on things.
Cons
The screen printing business is very seasonal. Sometimes the workload can feel like "feast or famine", and sometimes it seems like the business goes from not enough to do, to too much to do in the blink of an eye.
