      Working on many interesting project and new technologies knowledge transfer is good u know what other colleagues are working on people are helping each other Work offers very good growth opportunities

      Depending on a project, customers can be investigated into the project very much and do a lot of changes in the requirements work organization depends from project to project Benefits should be better.

      huge know-how, talented colleagues, relaxed atmosphere, innovative, engineering-oriented managers, amazing learning opportunities

      Cons

      Salary losing its competitiveness rapidly because of current economic conditions, lack of transparency regarding career path, company just restructured and is growing rapidly so evolution inside company is blurry, lack of feedback, some projects are very stressful and don't feel rewarding.
