      Pros

      Company is very family oriented and understand that the workers have lives outside of the company. Management works well in that aspect. Company is much more client focused than many of the competitors in the area.

      Cons

      High turnover rate among direct care staff due to nature of the job and pay scale. Raises among employees do not happen.
