CEO is a total con man. He can't close a deal to save his life. He is only concerned about extracting as much money as possible out of this publicly traded company. He needs to be in prison for a long time.

Management (CEO) is absentee. He rarely works more than an hour a day. No actual focus, no plans, no product, release or sales roadmap. CEO dodged issuing stock options and has demonstrated that he doesn’t value the contributions of employees. Any effort contributed here will be a giant waste.
